Welcome to our site

There are many disabled and crippled personnel in our society. If they are properly trained, they can substantially contribute instead of becoming burden. In developed and developing countries, Government takes the responsibility for training and rehabilitation of them. In Bangladesh, our Government has also taken many measures of this kind, though not enough.

Although we have many organizations in Bangladesh which work in various fields but there is hardly any quality training institution yet to develop exclusively for the autistic children. The problem further aggravated with the unavailability of any training center to train trainers or teachers to work with autistic children. Similarly, there is no training or motivation available for the parents or caregivers of autistic children. We also do not have any center for caring a child for the whole day nor do we have any residential training facility. The dream of rehabilitation is not even thought off.

At this backdrop, we, the parents of some autistic children started the 'Autistic Children's Welfare Foundation, Bangladesh'. The foundation will be a non profitable organization to work with the training of the autistic children, training of the trainers who, in turn will work with the autistic children, training the parents/guardians/care givers, develop a hospital with mental developmental center, develop a residential training center and finally have an arrangement to rehabilitate them depending on their skill and ability.

Like any other starting, it will also start in a very small arena, but we hope, with the support from all, this will come out something great in due course of time. May Allah bless us all and provide us with the opportunity to work for the cause of humanity.
